Is caribBook really free?
Yes! The Free plan is free forever — no limited trial. You can manage 1 property without a credit card. A 5% commission applies to bookings paid online. To remove the commission and unlock more features, switch to Villa (€12/month) or higher.
How does payment work for my guests?
caribBook integrates with Stripe for secure payments. Your guests pay by card directly when booking — either in full, or via a deposit (30% by default, configurable) with the balance auto-charged on check-in day.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. The change is immediate and pro-rated. You can also switch between monthly and annual billing whenever you want.
Does the widget work with my website?
The caribBook widget works on any website. Just paste a single line of HTML. Compatible with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and any custom site.
How does iCal sync work?
caribBook automatically syncs with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and any platform supporting the iCal format. Availability is updated in real time to avoid double bookings.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All communication is encrypted via HTTPS. Payments are handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified). Your data is hosted on secure servers with regular backups.
